I was just trying to find a couple of UT shirts and some textbook-related stuff, the site made it way harder than it needed to be. The menu felt a bit crowded, and the search kept pulling up random things or not catching what I actually typed in. The filters helped a little, but not enough. I did eventually find a few things, it just took way longer than it should have.

I ordered a couple of things and one of the items was completely wrong, and another wasn’t even the size I picked. Super annoying tbh, especially because I needed it for class. Customer service took forever to get back to me too. I just wanted the stuff I actually paid for lol

I ordered a hoodie and a couple of small gifts, i’m convinced I got one of the best deals ever. The prices were way better than I expected, the hoodie feels solid, and the gifts were actually nicer than I thought they’d be. Shipping wasn’t ridiculous either, which basically never happens. For the money, I’m seriously happy with everything I got

I used the course lookup because I figured that was the safest way to get the right book, but it still listed the wrong one for one of my classes. During the first week, my professor said it wasn’t the book we needed, so I had to return it and then buy the correct copy somewhere else.
Maybe I should’ve double-checked the syllabus first or contacted the professor, but I kind of thought the whole point of the lookup was to match the materials to the class. It was frustrating, and now I’m not sure I’d trust it again, especially with how expensive textbooks are.

I bought a UT hoodie from University Co-op i’m disappointed. After just two washes, the print was already starting to crack, and the fabric feels thinner than I expected. For what it cost, I thought it would be better quality, but... yeah. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

i ordered from universitycoop.com thinking everything would get here before class started, but it took way longer than they said it would. the tracking barely changed the whole time, and when i reached out to customer service, they just sent the same generic response. by the time the package finally showed up, i didn’t even need half the stuff anymore. it was really frustrating and not worth dealing with.

Nice shirt. Way too small though. The size chart didn’t help.

I stopped in just to pick up a few things, so I figured it would be a quick trip. But the checkout line dragged on forever. There were only a couple of registers open, and the line wasn’t moving much at all. I get that stores get busy, but common sense says you should have more help up front when the lines start backing up. If you’re in a rush, I’d probably skip it.

I rented a textbook from University Co-op for one of my classes, and it was fine. The price was decent, and picking it up wasn’t a hassle, but the book was a little more beat up than I expected. A bunch of pages were bent, so that was kind of annoying.

Returning it went okay too, though I wish the instructions had been a bit clearer. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just average. I’d probably use them again if the price was better than other options.

My order showed up in clean packaging, and everything was protected really well. There were no dents, or bent corners, which I was a little worried about. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived

I was pleasantly surprised by how solid and clean this frame looks. The corners are really nicely done, and overall it feels like a quality piece. It did take a bit to arrive, and I do wish the glass had a little less glare, but I’m still happy with it

One page did take a minute to load, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it worked fine and I didn’t have to hunt around much to find the settings
